We all want to recycle and when you are super busy it makes that extra step harder.  One way to stay motivated is to get your kids involved.  Once they understand the basics, they'll usually keep you in check.  Put pictures on the recycle bin labels to aid younger kids.  Once the entire family's involved, you'll save time and the earth!

                       

RECYCLING TIPS:

• Remove caps and rinse out plastic and glass containers.
• Flatten all boxes.
• Usually you can recycle: aluminum or steel cans, cardboard boxes, most plastic bottles, newspapers, junk mail.
• No, you usually cannot recycle: plastic wrap, styrofoam, aerosol cans, boxes with food residue, paper with glue.
• Special treatment is required for: batteries, computers, appliances, paint, wire hangers.
