For those concerned about the need for roof shading, we suggest you live in the room for a season or two before incurring the expenditures for shades, as you will likely not need or want shades in your sun room roof. When the time is right, he Affordable Spaces team can provide Four Seasons Sunroom clients with a quality roof shading system, custom-manufactured to fit their unique sun rooms, if desired.
Solarium shades are available for many of the Four Seasons Sunrooms products. They are available in a variety of durable, moisture-proof fabrics, textures, weaves and attractive fade-resistant designer colors. These customer selections give clients the ability to control the degree of: privacy, transparency, heat reflectivity and heat retention. While the Four Seasons Sunrooms glass technology is optimized for glare reduction, reflectivity, UV protection, heat reflection, and clarity, some clients wish to purchase shade for media enjoyment purposes. Rest assured any length, width, or combination of shades may be purchased so if you only wish a shade or two, we can provide this.

Many wonder about the difficulty of installing shades in our curved units. Our shades are gravity fed, smooth-operating, and ideal for both the straight and curved roof designs. Many of the Four Seasons Sunrooms have built in shade tracks or allow for installation of external shade tracks. Because our shades are custom manufacturered for your unique requirements, there is a significant lead time from receipt of a completed order. Please anticipate approximately 6-8 weeks for your shades to arrive.
